Care Management Group, LLC offers professional and paraprofessional services to hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, home care agencies, and other medical offices and facilities. Our staffing personnel includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Employees can be hired directly by the requesting client or family member under a predetermined contractual agreement. Unlike other companies, each caregiver is an employee of our agency. This means that Care Management Group, LLC is responsible for federal and state taxes, worker’s compensation, unemployment and liability insurance, and other reporting requirements—thus, eliminating the burden of such accounting and procedures from our client. Our employees must pass an extensive criminal background and reference check, drug screening, a physical examination (inclusive of vaccinations), and infection control training, before being considered for a position with Care Management Group, LLC. All caregivers are supervised by a nurse who may make regular visits to the client’s residence in order to assess any needed changes and to monitor the placement choice.

Care Management Group, LLC develops a program specifically designed to provide a package of services at an affordable price, affording the client the opportunity to pay for only those services required as a part of the Plan of Care (developed by the Clinical Nurse Supervisor and the client’s Primary Physician or Nurse).
