CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Care Training Center, LLC has instituted the following policies regarding cancellations and refunds. Please, note that as a part of the registration process, prospective students are required to read, sign, and date the policy as indicated in the Student Enrollment Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”). A copy of the policy is duly posted at Care Training Center, LLC, placed in the student file, and a copy is given to the student at the completion of the registration process.

Refund Prior to Instruction

If a student cancels, for any reason, within three (3) business days after the Agreement is signed and accepted, but prior to the beginning of classes, ALL monies will be refunded, EXCEPT the Registration Fee. Remember that Saturday is considered a business day at Care Training Center, LLC.

Refund After Instruction Begins

If a student cancels, withdraws, or is dismissed from classes after instruction begins, but before you complete the program, Care Training Center, LLC shall retain the total cost of the program (and/or all fees paid up to and including the withdrawal date, if the student has a Payment Plan), as indicated below.

(1) If a student has paid the full tuition, and if termination, cancellation, or withdrawal occurs during the first week of instruction, but prior to the second week of instruction, the school shall retain fifty percent (50%) of the tuition.

(2) If termination, cancellation, or withdrawal occurs at any point thereafter, Care Training Center, LLC shall retain ALL tuition and fees.

General Policies Regarding Refunds

There will be no refunds for textbooks or other supplies that have been issued by Care Training Center, LLC and accepted by the student. Furthermore, it is not the responsibility for our facility to re-sale the texts or supplies accepted by the student by the posting of fliers or making announcements for the sale of the items the student now owns.

All refunds due the student shall be made within thirty (30) days of the withdrawal, cancellation, or termination. Care Training Center, LLC will mail or deliver by courier or other source the cashier’s check or money order to the student at the address provided to the Office of the Registrar.

In the case of a student’s prolonged illness or absence to due illness, accident or injury, death in the family, or other circumstance that makes it impossible or impractical to complete the program/course, Care Training Center, LLC shall institute a Continuation of Instruction Settlement Agreement that is fair to both out educational facility and the student. Refund of tuition, fees, and/or other monies will be in accordance with the refund policy stated in the section entitled, “Refunds after Instruction Begins.”
