REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
There are three ways to complete registration at Care
Training Center,
LLC:
- Telephone Registration. Students may call the school Monday through
Friday, from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
(except holidays) to register.
Please, note that all telephone registrations must be paid by
credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express,
and Discover). Telephone
registration is not available on Saturdays. The payment receipt can be mailed to the
student upon request; otherwise, it is kept at the school until the first
day of class.
- Facsimile Registration. Students may register via facsimile
throughout the day Monday through Friday.
Registration forms received during the weekend will not be
processed until the following Monday.
The prospective student may register for up to three (3) courses
per registration form. All
facsimile registrations must be paid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). The payment receipt can be mailed to the
student upon request; otherwise, it is kept at the school until the first
day of class.
- Walk-in Registration. Students may
appear at the school Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (except holidays) to register in
person. Registration fees may be
paid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American
Express, and Discover), check, or money order. Walk-in registration is not available on
weekends.

TUITION, FEES AND
REFUNDS
Tuition is listed separately for each program. Please, refer to each program component for
all appropriate fees.
Registration fees are not refundable after three (3) days of
payment or if the class has begun.
If a student pays his/her full tuition and withdraws during the first week of class, fifty
percent (50%) of the tuition is refundable.
There are no tuition refunds after the first week of class.
For those students who elect to pay according to payment plans
or arrangements, the following rules apply:

Failure to pay at the scheduled time will
result in a late penalty payment of $50.00.

Failure to pay the second time for the same payment, will result in a late penalty payment of $100.00.

Failure to pay the third time for the same payment, will result in dismissal from the course.
For all returned checks, a twenty-five dollar ($25) fee is
charged.
